Population- A National Issue

Population- A giant problem

Population refers to the density of human beings in a particular geographical area. Our nation is leading many country in growth rate of population. People are unaware about the problems occuring because of population growth. They are not observing pollution, unemployment, diseases and many relevant problems.

I have many reasons to tell you behind rapid growth of population:

1. Hot climate
2. Child marriage and multi marriage system
3. Religious Superstitions
4. Illiteracy and unawareness
5. Poverty
6. Birth Rate
7. Death Rate
8. Indifferent towards family planning
9. Lack of social security
10. Arrival of refugees etc

Indian climate is hot, that's why children get earlier matured and able for reproduction. Therefore, they have a long life line to get more children birth. Similarly we can see the same situation about child marriage. People marry their children at early age and this is how people start to help in population growth. In our country our public has faced multi marriage system. A single person could marry to more than one lady. This tends to the highly rated population growth. The people who are illiterate are unaware about the bad effects of population growth on our environment are playing model role in population growth. They think that many children means many earning source, just it. And that's why they are not growing their economic growth. They always face poverty. Our own people are already growing our population rapidly, refugees are arriving in India to make it more populated country. And India is allowing them shelter also. I have no issue with it, but take care about population my dear govt.

I think we can reduce the rate of population growth:

1. Increasing the welfare and status of women and girls
2. Spread of Education
3. Increasing Awareness
4. Sex Education
5. Encouraging spacing birth
6. Awareness about condoms and anti-pregnancy pills
7. Follow the slogan,"Ham Do, Hamare Do!"   etc....

We are literate and intelligent part of our society. If we will not take care of our nation then who will? So we all must have to spread education and social awareness against population growth rate. Recently Bihar is facing a disease Encephalitis Surge. This is all because we are unable to feed this population of poor families. If they were not poor this would not happened to them. About 1oo above children are killed by our population growth. Now we have to take responsibility of our nation and to reduce population growth rate by following above ideas.
