Apply New Pan Card through UTIITSL

Apply for Pan

Follow simple steps..

1. Go to https://www.myutiitsl.com/PAN_ONLINE/PANApp  
   
2. You will see the option for Status of the Applicant, choose 'Individual'
3. If you want to get a physical PAN card by Post then choose 'Both physical PAN Card and e-PAN', If you need only soft copy downloaded then choose 'e-PAN only, not physical PAN Card'
   
4. Fill the all mandatory spaces marked with * as shown in figure..
   
5. Lastname is important to fill.. if you don't carry Last name like "Bharat" then write is into Last name, and leave the other First Name and Middle Name blank.
6. Adhar card is mandatory Document. Only adhar card is required to apply for PAN.
7. Fill all the details matching with adhar card.
8. At last choose Adhar Card as proof for residence, birth and identity. Then Choose capacity Himself/herself. Then Click Submit.
   
9. After submitting it will generate a Filled electronic form. Print that.
10. Paste your photos and sign.
11. Then after just upload documents and pay fees 107/-
12. Scan Copy of all the documents like Adhar, Photo, Sign and Form is required to upload.
