Unemployment in India
According to Wikipedia,"Unemployment is a situation in which able-bodied people who are looking for a job can not find a job."
Whenever we look on youths we immediately imagine a common problem of them that is unemployment. In simple language, unemployment is a common problem in youths that is rising day by day. There are many reasons behind unemployment in India:
- Rapid growth of population
- Advancement of technologies
- Higher competition Level
- Neglection of Agriculture
- Lack of infrastructure
- Lack of education
- Corrupt Departments
- Companies' Experience Dilemma etc..
Extreme growth of population is the biggest reason behind unemployment. Today no. of people is higher than the no. of job. If we take the approach of technologies then now days it is being advanced day by day. Many industries are being automated which require very less no. of people for operating them. And yes, now we are hearing about robot technology. God knows what will happen in coming future. Due to the factor of population competition level is going higher and higher day by day. Which filters average skilled people and only accept over skilled people. As people are being advanced, they are forgetting their base of life, Agriculture. People are neglecting agriculture and feel shame to be a farmer. But the truth is that farmers are second after god to make us alive. We know all that in our country there are many regions where is lack of infrastructure. That can be an opportunity for the people if there would be infrastructural development.
Corrupt departments are also playing a very important role in creating scopes of unemployment. Now it is common and everyone knows that there is no any department which is corruption less. A qualified person is ignored without any reason and waiting candidate is being selected. Yes, there is a reason, a well skilled and qualified person is not agreed to pay any extra amount to be selected. I am not saying that government is not working on the situation, but what govt. will do if their administrative department has many corrupt officers.
If we talk about the unemployment rate of our states then you can self find the reasons with regions...
